The art of storytelling has been around centuries and has been a highly effective way of delivering messages in a way that resonates differently for each person. In this session, I will run you threw a few stories to help you reframe and rethink of situations differently that I have shared with my students and athletes for years to help them succeed in the classroom, within their sport and in life.
